- No Third-Party Infringement: You will not use this feature to access, fetch, or process the profile picture of any other individual, account, or entity without their explicit, verifiable consent.
- Compliance: You agree that your use of this import feature complies with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of the respective third-party platform (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp/Instagram, Telegram).
C. Disclaimer of Liability:
WADPDownload disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or legal action arising from the user’s misuse of the Profile Import feature, including but not limited to:
- Any violation of the third-party platform’s Terms of Service (e.g., unauthorized data scraping).
- Any breach of the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WADPDownload from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the User’s utilization of this feature to import a profile picture that does not belong to them.
